[DECtalk] thinking of legal gray areas with licenses

I believe since the company that holds the copyright no longer exists,
this would technically classify DECTalk as an orphaned work, as there is
no one at all to enforce the copyright. This does not mean that there is
no longer copyright on the software, nor does it make the availability
of the source code technically legal, but it does make me comfortable
using it, since although it is technically not legal, no one will
possibly be able to enforce the law, since the company named in the
license no longer exists, so there is no one who will be authorized to
either give permission or deny it.
