Yes and you'll be ok doing that. That is because the company went under. Its
abandonware now. Its like saying I'm going to use wordperfect 5.1 in a dos
emulator as my word processor from now on. You won't get in trouble for
doing that. Just don't sell it or try to bundle it with other products and
you'll be fine. In other words, don't commercialise it. don't try to profit
from it. Vetusware has tons and tons of abandonware stuff. Its been there
for many years.
