[DECtalk] reading edge with dectalk 1992

Who trained  you?
If you did not get training, that might have impacted the experience.  I 
have used one  to manage professional materials since I got mine in 1993 
or so...almost daily in fact.
however, one must know how to make small adjustments, depending on what 
you were reading, choose the best type of scan as well.
Its why at least Xerox made sure when you got one, you got trained too.
Sorry your experience was not stellar.
