[DECtalk] reading edge with dectalk 1992

The reading edge  sold for $5500.
Given I am still using one, to write this email in fact, using dectalk, 
for me   at least made it worth every penny.
I have only replaced mine 3 times since I  got one in the 90s, always due 
to human, not machine error.
Have parts and so forth for a spare, which I would gladly pay to have 
repaired.
Part of what it so expensive, aside from the quite terrific scanning is 
the number of languages supported.
