[DECtalk] better sam 1982

I agree with Jake M. It is my understanding that Software Automatic 
Mouth was the first software-based speech synthesizer. I would not want 
to use SAPI5 or NVDA ad-on of Software Automatic Mouth because the TTS 
mispronounces simple words. I typed the following sentences into the 
online version of Better SAM.


"JAWS for Windows is ready. In the beginning, God created the heavens 
and the earth."


Windows, beginning and heavens were all mispronounced. Meaning: not 
spoken correctly by Software Automatic Mouth. I could probably hear 
better TTS if I still had Windows XP with Microsoft Sam.
