[DECtalk] old, formant-based, infovox230 as NVDA addon?

Hi,

 

I was just wondering if would be possible, for Jake, or someone, to possibly
make the old infovox230 speech into an NVDA addon somehow? Or is this
technically impossible due to how infovox230 was designed back in the days
of Telia Promotor, which would prevent such an NVDA addon from being
created? Sort of like how it is not possible to make a native keynote gold
multimedia addon, due to extreme technical incompatibilities between the old
windows3.1 OS, modern windows, and old outdated and proprietary drivers
which ran the keynote gold multimedia speech. Maybe due to infovox230 being
sapi4, it may be easier? Then again it may be impossible due to its old
licensing system which may be impossible to break through so to speak.
