[DECtalk] dectalk v4.0?

Hi,

Several months ago I dug up an installed copy of DECtalk 4.0 software 
for DOS, to be used with the DECtalk PC card. I sent this to one of the 
main developers involved in the DECtalk revival so he could hopefully 
extract the voice ROM and voice definitions from it. As far as I know, 
he hasn't done that yet.
