[DECtalk] Where can I buy a DECtalk USB

Others may share as well, but speaking personally it depends.
First, you will need a serial to USB adapter, quite easy to find from a 
variety  of sources.
The next though depends on what combination of  programs you intend using, 
and  how your configuration treats your  USB ports.
