Yes I would like that also to just replace the dll with your preferred version of the decTalk dll.

Just a theori, but do you think it would be possible to compile a SAPI5 module for DECtalk, which just used the dectalk.dll file, so you just could replace the included dll-file with the version you preffered to use?
