The article is to be belived as I know people that have the pixel 7, and 7 pro, and while they are only running android 13, they are the first android phones to do 64 bit only, and they tried installing eloquence on it anyway, and got an error saying it isn’t compatible.

It's Eloquence. As you know, Code Factory was not willing to port it to 64-bit ARM due to low sales, meaning that it remains 32-bit. If the following article is to be believed, Android will be dropping 32'bit app support, meaning you won’t be able to install it anymore.
