[DECtalk] decTalk on IOS with TestFlite beta app?

Hi,

Do you think it may be possible to get decTalk 4.99 or maybe decTalk nws
onto IOS and iPad-OS and maybe mac, by having it as a beta on the testflight
app, like how they are doing it with espeak?
