[DECtalk] decTalk 4.41 through 4.6 sapi5

Is there any way to get ahold of the sapi5 version of decTalk 4.6?

Personally I agree, that 4.3 is the best software DECtalk, though I also
quite like version 4.41, because it corrected some of 4.3's speaking
problems, that were also corrected in version 4.2CCD for DECtalk Express.
4.60 is not too bad in my upinion, but it is just too loud, and some of the
voices is near inaudible at high pitches.
