[DECtalk] qemu, is DECTalk 4.2 Alpha (fwd)

Hi all,
i did locate  a vm that could emulate the Dec Alpha architecture.
Turns out that qemu can provide such a vm for both Windows and Linux.
shall I post  a link to the information?
