[DECtalk] DECTalk 4.2 Alpha (fwd)

     Here is the link.  However, I misread the readme file and it only 
works on windows NT.  In order to even get this thing working we have to 
have a windows NT virtual machine with sound on it.  I am still looking 
for one. Even if we did the possibility of it still not working exists. 
   Here's the speak window.
