[DECtalk] serial synthesizers

Hi,

It’s too bad you can’t take that doubletalk, dump its rom using an e-prom-reader chip reader, and turn it into a software tts engine, or at the very least let it run in something like the mess emulator or mame in a dos emulator with asap screen reader which was the best dos screen reader at the time. It would be great if doubletalk could be preserved somehow through emulation like with mame or mess emulation and some version of pc-dos or ms-dos.
