Jake's reply suggests you likely won't -- or, will be dissatisfied
with what you *do* get.

OTOH, in the time (?) between Jake's contact and yours, he may have
come to realize that there has been little demand for his "property"
and he may wish to "write off" its alleged value as a "charitable
contribution" (no idea how he would indicate the charity!) or a
simple "business loss".

OToOH, it's not costing him anything to just sit on his property
rights...
