[DECtalk] decTalk 4.4 4.5 and 4.6 as sapi5?

nobody can get in touch with Mr. Dudley at all. I also had other people try to get in touch with him who are also on LinkedIn and he will not respond to anybody at all whether it's TickTock related or not.
