[DECtalk] question about Kurzweil 1000 voices

Hi Blake, the SAPI4 synth that comes with Kurzweil 1000 is Eloquence, 
not ViaVoice. Eloquence and ViaVoice are using the same underlying 
synthesizer, but in terms of word pronunciation, the two synthesizers 
are very different.
