[DECtalk] IBM tts the big and small versions?

Josh,
There is a ViaVoice NVDA add-on link on Jake's site. Look in
synthesizers for NVDA, Eloquence folder. The file has a strange name. It
begins with vvtts. I did not try to download the file, but the link is
still present in the sub-folder mentioned above.
