[DECtalk] Rare version of IBM ViaVoice

Hello,

Thanks for the add-on. Does it work with NVDA 2018.2.1? My computer can't for some reason run a newer version. I've tried setting the tts path as follows:
ttsPath="C:\Program Files (x86)\ViaVoiceTTS\ibmeci.dll"

However, there's no ViaVoice in the synthesizer dialog. Am I doing something wrong, or doesn't it work with NVDA 2018.2.1?
