[DECtalk] dectalk.dll from dictool

Hi, is there any possibility to either make this work with a screen reader 
through sapi or as an addon with nvda.

I am attaching a WAV file of your text file through this version of DECtalk.
I will look into finding a way to include the Visual Studio 2008 Debug
runtime in a zip file with the other things.
