[DECtalk] DECtalk source compiled

Hi,
The version that I have in source code form is a Beta version of 5.0.
Let me explain how I was able to get this code.
I saw Edd talking about an archive of code that he had backed up, and
he provided his phone number at the end of his message. I Immediately
called him, and we had an interesting conversation about DECtalk.
Looking back on It, I wish I recorded it.
I explained that I like to archive things, and told him how he could
send me the file using 2shared, which is now Defunct. A couple days
later, I got a message from Ed with the download link. I downloaded
the file and uploaded it to my sight. He told us that he couldn't send
everything as that would not be right, but he sent me the whole
archive. I think he knew that his days were coming to an end, and he
sent me everything that he still had so It could be preserved. If he
hadn't done that, this code would have been lost to history.
