That’s strange. fonixTalk says copyright 2013. And there is no phone number or address on their website. The contact just gives an email address.

Hi Josh,
If they still manufacture DECTalk, then they will hold the copyright on 
any and all previous versions as well as those that are maintained. 
Hence the reason Keynote is extremely rare and soon probably won't even 
exist at all in the end-user market.
