[DECtalk] decTalk with keysoft?

Hey this is so excellent! decTalk sapi5 multilingual works great with NVDA and also works with jaws! Well I have not tried it with jaws2019 yet but it should work fine.  Whoever put this package together did a great job! Thank you to whoever put this together! Now just have to wait for rc-systems makers of doubletalk to get back to me on a sapi5 software doubletalk!

There were different versions. The one I had was running 4.2c.
