[DECtalk] Some questions about DECtalk Express

Hi,

Almost certainly, nothing in that old DTXV42CD.EXE file can be run from
Windows 7. If you want to use the old tools, you'll need a Windows 9X
virtual machine. Actually these tools are designed to be run from pure DOS.

I also tried to send it through NVDA, by using the Decctalk Express add-on for NVDA, but it didn't work quite well. It could process the commands for changing voices just fine, but when I enter some singing commands, it just reads it.
