[DECtalk] DecTalk BT Sync Folder

Hello,

I'm running a Windows RedStone 3 build (Windows 10 Fall Creator
Update) on my computer and am trying to use BT Sync to transfer
content and found that it wasn't working properly on it but it worked
on the last one. I'm trying to use the DecTalk Archive folder to test.

Does anyone know if the folder is still active by chance?
