[DECtalk] Obtaining all the TruVoice languages

No. LHTTS3000 is different, and pretty easy to obtain. I'm talking about the older TruVoice which had 10 voices for each language, 8 male and 2 female. The English-only installer is called tv_enua.exe, and the installer with all the languages was originally Truvoice.exe, but I am not able to find it.
