[DECtalk] I found multilingual truvoice

Actually I don't think the Spanish one is that horrible, beinga  native speaker myself. Th intonation is a bit too Italian, yes, but it's honestly not that bad. The English one is kind of cool, especially with exclamation marks. It sounds a bit like the old Prose2000.
