[DECtalk] I found multilingual truvoice

Carlos, Is the English in the multilingual version the same voices as the
english-only TrueVoice installer? English is the only language which I know.

I believe that's required (most SAPI synthesizers put at least some 
files in windows, although the lack of a good uninstaller isn't 
helpful). If you'd like, I can generate some samples of English (you can 
get that one on its own if you like) and Spanish. If you have text for 
the other languages, I can generate those as well.
