[DECtalk] new singing DECtalk add on

Hello, I have downloaded the addon but it does not sing,
Snapshot from the following link:

And dectalk from this:

I installed NVDA and the addon, what else I need to do besides opening
a dectalk coded text in notepad?
and yes, 4.41 is not loading.
