[DECtalk] Dectalk on Android?

I'm afraid not. However, you should not be using svox pico, as it was
discontinued several years ago. If you are still using it and not the
updated google TTS, you may have an old phone. This could be a problem,
as accessibility software degrades quickly with the age of the OS with
android. If I have it wrong, you can find other synthesizers for a
relatively recent version of android. Free synthesizers include eSpeak
and ekho (for Chinese and Korean only, I'm afraid). You can also
purchase eloquence, vocalizer, and acapela. There was a free version of
ivona, but I'm not sure if that still exists or is still free. I must
admit that android is not my mobile OS of choice, although I have some
experience because I sometimes program for it. Let me know if I can help
you with anything else.
