[DECtalk] issue for jaws portable

This is kind of off topic for this list, so this will be my first and last message on this. I’ve only ever seen this error when you you run a cracked version of JAWS with user account control in Windows turned on. If you’re actually running a legal copy, then maybe try contacting FS and asking for help.
