[DECtalk] three DECtalk questions

Hi Mohamed,
Regarding your question about the first software version of dectalk,
Creative labs included a text to speech program called text assist
that was bundled with some of there sound blaster16 sound cards.
It used something before dectalk 4.3, possibly dectalk 4.0 or 4.1.
