Hi guys, so, I'm attaching this dectalk documentation I found while 
Google searching. I haven't found anything else yet, but this document 
does have phonemes for castilian and Latin American Spanish. I have 
tried them, and it seems that they are correct. I remember that Snoopi 
was asking for phonemic tables for other languages, and I'm wondering if 
perhaps Blake can give this to Snoopi to put on his site?
