[DECtalk] DecTalk express software

Hi,

I'm assuming you're using a Windows screen reader that supports the 
DECtalk Express. If so, you don't need any special software or firmware 
to make it work, it should just work. The DECtalk Express 4.2CD software 
is for use in DOS or Windows 3.X as far as I know.
