[DECtalk] a Dectalk question from Snoopi

Hi,

If it helps, I would be happy to give you upload space with instructions. 
It would be a simple web upload form requiring a username, password and the 
name of the file you're uploading.  My thought would be that you could zip 
up everything into one giant file and upload, but if you would rather upload 
multiple files, that's fine too.  Disk space on the server is no problem. 
Please write off list if this would be an option for you and I'll send you 
fuller instructions.  Once it is uploaded, I could make some, all or none of 
it available to the list, whatever you wish.

This offer applies to anyone who has files relevant to this list to upload. 
  I am not interested in hosting or replacing the DECtalk archive.  It would 
be for specific sets of files such as what Ed is describing below.
