[DECtalk] the cause of electronic beeps in dectalk?

The limit cycles can not ne stopped or predicted they don not always occur.
OI xan up with a method ro reduce them by estimating the time delay ro “silence” can them force the to zero otherwise they would continue forever,
Thanks tom I’m still ticking\my big frustration is the text pre-processing ob apples voice is terrible
