[DECtalk] why can dectalk sing?

Rest in peace, Dennis. When I hear Dectalk, it's like looking at a
painting of someone's legacy. It was advanced for the time, and still
does really cool stuff. I'm glad it was modernized for NVDA and the
like. Dectalk lives on!
