[DECtalk] ViaVoice 4

Hello there,

Hehe, I think how they got it on that site, as it is on there, was
from a file I found about 2 years ago on 4shared. But I don't go there
anymore. But I had since posted it to a file space of mine, and it
must have popped up in a search on google or something, but I've
deleted it since then, interesting. But yeah, it's up there.

I'll have to check out those programs, I did use dSpeech once.
