[DECtalk] a strange bug in dectalk

Do you mean a clause terminator like a period or comma? I have noticed
this phenomenon as well. It sounds like DecTalk is kind of hiccupping
in the middle of singing. I'll have to see if it does this only in
songs that don't have any rests.
