[DECtalk] wuesion about DECtalk in screen readers

Hi guys, so, I have another DECtalk question. So, are their any, if at 
all, any screen reader implementations of DECtalk that actually support 
speech commands and singing? I know that many screen readers can't 
support it because of all the punctuation preprocessing they do, but I 
was wondering if their are any screen readers that support DECtalk 
speech commands.
