[DECtalk] DECtalk 4.6.1 vs 5.0

I assume you are referring to the speak windows found on Snoopi Botten's 
site theflameofhope.co. The 5.0 window listed here is actually identical 
to 4.6.1. The file versions are the same and the file contents are 
unchanged. We believe this was a mistake by fonix. So far, we have not 
found the actual version 5.0 anywhere.
