[DECtalk] Klatt Speech Synthesizer

My name is Jake as well. Jake McMahan. I'm very much interested in
speech synths also, any kind. However, I focus more on the
concatinative side of things and the tts voices generated by recorded
speech. I've aso made my own synthetic voice via model talker and one
via circum reality. I mean, that's just me, clat was not my thing. And
it was named after the former dennis clat, maker of the original dectalk
speech synthesizer.
