[DECtalk] interesting discovery

The readme is in markdown format. To export to wave, simply call sam 
like this:
sam -wav "text"
If you place -wav directly after sam, then your text will be sent to 
wave instead of the sound card. You will need to add the .wav extension 
yourself, however.
