[DECtalk] A few things about the archive

Hi,

A few things here.

1. I agree that we should keep the old Readme files. They give a
historical perspective of how the archive was run. I think there's one
or two in there from me, and one or two Andre Louis versions from back
when he was running it.

2. I have the hardware synth demos. They can be found in my copy of the
DECtalk Archive, which as far as I know, has everything except for
Snoopi's stuff. It's not organized in exactly the same way, but
nonetheless it's still useful. It can be found at:
http://www.bluegrasspals.com/decarchive.zip

Hope this helps!
Jayson
