[DECtalk] dectalk--where to get it?

Daniel,
Welcome to the Dectalk list. Although hardware Dectalk can be purchased if
searching in the right places, you also have a couple of software options.
On my computer I have a SAPI5 Dectalk and a Dectalk Speak window. The Speak
window is a stand-alone program that lets Dectalk sing if one knows the
phonetics. With that said, what are you wanting Dectalk to do?
