[DECtalk] sapi5 SAM

The Sam being discussed in this thread and Microsoft Sam are two different
speech synthesizers. The two synthesizers were created in different decades
by two different companies. The Software Automatic Mouth Sam was created, I
think, in the 1980's by Don't Ask, Inc now called SoftVoice. I find it
amazing that someone could convert a speech synthesizer from the DOS days
for use on Windows. A command-line version of S.A.M for Windows was
distributed on this list a few weeks ago. In my opinion, a SAPI5 version
will be even more useful.

What's the difference between this SAPI-five version of SAM versus the
SAPI-five version of Microsoft Sam?
