[DECtalk] voices

[Green Gables Fan]

I've been wondering who wrote Infermo, and Freq 1 and 2, where the voice 
can change languages quickly. I was never good at figuring out how to 
put emotions into eloquent voices to make them exceptionally genuine.
what is the Marlin voice, and what kind of speech synthesisers were used 
in the JAW Lawn Mower episode?
