[DECtalk] voices

[Blake Roberts]

I like Ulysses's idea. Some people have created synthetic files with voices
I can't identify. Case in point, the abridged version of A Christmas Carol.
It has numerous voices and I have no idea what speech engines some of those
voices came from.

I wish there was an pap or something where you could put it up and let 
it identify the kind of speech synthesiser that you could not tell what 
it was, the way one does with an unidentified song.
