[DECtalk] Speech Player recording

Ok, here's how I look at this.  Speech player seems to be based off of 
e-speaks clat2 voice.  If you listen, you can easily tell that it has 
sort of the same kind of intonation pattern of e-speak, and pronounces 
things just like e-speak.  I could be wrong, but those are my thoughts.
